The OLFLEX CLASSIC 115 CY control cable with catalog number 1136754 is a professional solution from LAPP, designed for universal application in machine control installations and industrial automation systems. Four black cores, each with a cross-section of 0,5 mm², are clearly numbered, which significantly facilitates identification during assembly and maintenance.

Construction and materials ensuring reliability

The cable utilizes class 5 copper cores (flexible multi-wire), which provide excellent flexibility while maintaining high electrical conductivity. Each core is insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the entire assembly is protected by a grey outer sheath also made of PVC.

A key structural feature is the tinned copper wire braid shielding, which effectively protects control signals from electromagnetic interference. This solution guarantees stable signal transmission even in environments with high levels of electromagnetic interference.

Operating parameters and exploitation conditions

The cable operates at a rated voltage of U₀=300V / U=500V, allowing for wide application in various types of control systems. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C after installation, and during installation, it can be mounted at temperatures from -5°C to +70°C.
