This flexible ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 135 CH BK control cable with a black jacket is designed for medium mechanical loads and installation both indoors and outdoors. Designed to operate at 0.6/1 kV, it is an ideal solution for circuits requiring a higher rated voltage. This cable is suitable for fixed and occasionally moving connections, without exposure to tensile stress.

The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures (down to -25°C), making installation easier and ensuring reliability in harsh conditions. Equipped with a copper braid screen, it effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in precision control systems. In addition, HFFR (halogen-free and low smoke) materials increase fire safety by limiting the emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire.

Operating parameters and properties

The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 135 CH BK cable is characterized by high quality workmanship and meets strict safety standards. The minimum bending radius during flexible installation is 196 mm, and the permissible ambient temperature during installation is -25°C to 70°C. After installation, the cable can operate at a temperature of -40°C to 80°C without losing its properties. The rated voltage U0/U is 0.6 kV / 1 kV, respectively. The thickness of the outer jacket wall is at least 1.8 mm, which ensures high mechanical strength of the cable. High electrical safety is confirmed by dielectric strength tests at 4000 V.
