The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 400 P cable is a reliable solution for wiring control circuits inside machines and between plants. It is characterized by high flexibility and durability, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end-users. The use of flexible copper wires ensures easy installation and connection, while the robust construction guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation.

This cable is designed to operate in dry, humid, and even harsh and oily environments. It can be used outdoors – taking into account the temperature range from -5°C to +70°C – which expands its range of applications. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, tears, and the action of many chemicals, including mineral oils and ECOLAB® cleaning agents. This translates to increased durability and minimizes the risk of mechanical damage during operation.

Construction and properties

ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 400 P has 10 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², made of copper. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. In addition, the cable is equipped with a yellow-green protective conductor. The core insulation is made of PVC, while the outer jacket made of PUR provides protection against external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.6 mm.

This cable is intended for fixed and occasionally moving connections without tensile loads. Its versatility makes it applicable in many industrial sectors, as well as in construction and infrastructure. UV resistance allows it to be used in outdoor installations without fear of material degradation from sunlight.
