Control cable for chain guides – reliability in motion

The ÖLFLEX® FD CLASSIC 810 3G1.5 cable is a flexible solution designed for use in chain guides and moving parts of machines. It provides reliable connections in control, regulating and measuring circuits where high flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads are required. The construction with copper strands with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² and PVC insulation guarantees durability and safety of use.

Construction and application – for the installer and user

This cable is characterized by a round geometry and a gray outer PVC coating, which provides resistance to acids and alkalis, as well as limited resistance to oils. The strands are marked with numbers for easy identification during installation. The construction with copper stranded wire (class 6) provides high flexibility, which translates into a long service life even with frequent bending. The cable has a yellow-green protective strand, which increases safety. It is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C after installation (without vibration) and from 0°C to +70°C during installation. The rated voltage is 300/500V.
