OLFLEX HEAT 180 SiHF 4G1.5 cable is an advanced solution for applications requiring resistance to high temperatures and flexibility. Construction and properties
The OLFLEX HEAT 180 SiHF cable is characterized by a solid construction. Copper strands, tinned for better protection against corrosion, are insulated with silicone, which ensures exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures. The round outer jacket made of silicone rubber (SIR) guarantees resistance to abrasion, chemicals and high temperatures – up to +180°C. In addition, the cable is unshielded and has a protective conductor for increased safety. The use of a strand as a conductor class (class 5) provides high flexibility and facilitates assembly even in tight spaces.
- Wide operating temperature range: from -50°C to +180°C – ideal for use in variable environmental conditions.
- Oil resistance: meets IEC 60811-404 standard, making it suitable for operation in industrial environments with the presence of oils.
- High flexibility: thanks to the construction with a copper strand and silicone insulation, the cable is easy to bend and lay, facilitating installation.
- Safety: the presence of a protective conductor provides additional protection against electric shock.
- Durability: tinning of copper strands increases resistance to corrosion and extends the cable's life.
- Minimum bending radius: 35.2 mm for fixed installations and 132 mm for mobile installations – allows for flexible cable routing in various configurations.
