UNITRONIC LiYCY 5x0.14 cable is a flexible solution for data and control transmission, designed for demanding industrial applications and installations. Construction and properties

UNITRONIC LiYCY 5x0.14 cable is distinguished by careful workmanship and the use of high-quality materials. It has five cores with a cross-section of 0.14 mm², each insulated with gray PVC. These cores are twisted in strands, which increases flexibility and facilitates routing of cables in tight spaces. The whole is surrounded by a screen that minimizes electrical interference. The outer PVC coating additionally protects the cable against mechanical damage and the influence of chemicals – it is oil-resistant.

Thanks to the permissible operating temperature from -5°C to +70°C (flexible connections) and from -40°C to +80°C (fixed installation), this cable can be used in a wide temperature range. The rated voltage U/U0 is 50/50 V. The cable does not contain halogens, which increases safety and minimizes the emission of toxic substances in the event of a fire (compliance with EN 60332-1-2). Additionally, it does not propagate flame according to EN 60332-1-2.
