Construction and properties

The LiYCY cable is characterized by a flexible construction with multi-wire, copper cores with a cross-section of 0.25 mm². The cores are insulated with PVC, and the entire cable is surrounded by a jacket of the same material. A key element is the shielding braid, which effectively suppresses external interference. Core identification is done using colors, which facilitates assembly and servicing. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 7.1 mm.

The use of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the insulation material and outer jacket provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The cable maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during operation and from -5°C to +70°C during installation. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 42.6 mm, and in moving installations without guidance – 106.5 mm.
