LAN network cable – reliability and installation flexibility

UNITRONIC® LAN 200 SF/UTP Cat.5eLSZH FLEX cable is a solution designed for building reliable LAN networks and Ethernet applications, providing data transmission up to 10 Gbase-T. Its flexible construction and shielding make it ideal for both internal building cabling and in demanding data center conditions. It will be suitable for patch installations up to 60 meters in length, offering convenient installation and high-quality connection.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction with four twisted pairs of wires (4x2x26AWG) with copper conductors. The use of aluminum-polyester foil (Al-PET) shielding and tinned copper braid provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference, which translates into stable data transmission. Insulation made of LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) material minimizes the emission of toxic substances in the event of a fire, increasing safety. Additionally, the flexible construction makes it easier to route the cable in tight spaces and during installation in hard-to-reach places. The outer diameter of the cable is 6 mm.
