The cable's construction, based on a copper core with tinned braiding and silicone insulation, guarantees high flexibility even at low temperatures. Additionally, the materials used in production are resistant to the action of many oils, alcohols, vegetable and animal fats, and other chemicals. This makes the cable suitable for demanding industrial and laboratory applications.

Specification and application

The OLFLEX HEAT 180 SiF 1x0.5 cable is single-core with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², making it suitable for powering devices with low power consumption. Its outer diameter is approximately 2.1 mm, and the permissible bending radius in fixed installations is 12.6 mm. The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -50°C to +180°C (after installation), making it an ideal solution for applications exposed to high or low temperatures. The rated voltage U0/U is 300V/500V respectively. The wire class is 5 – multi-strand flexible, which facilitates assembly and ensures long-term connection reliability. Tinned wires increase corrosion resistance and provide better electrical contact.
