Robust crane cable for demanding applications

The OLFLEX CRANE 4G4 cable is a reliable solution for powering devices in crane, drum and other harsh industrial applications. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to external factors, guaranteeing safe and long-lasting operation. The construction with copper conductors with a cross-section of 4 mm² ensures efficient power transmission, while the rubber insulation and outer jacket protect against mechanical damage, moisture and oils.

Flexibility and resistance to extreme conditions

This cable is designed for intensive use in demanding environments. Its flexible construction, based on multi-wire class 5 conductors, allows for free bending and laying without risk of damage. Additionally, it is resistant to oils (according to IEC 60811-404) and a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C after installation (without vibration), and even up to +80°C during installation. The ability to operate at -25°C during installation makes it ideal for outdoor applications.

Application and construction

OLFLEX CRANE 4G4 is a four-core cable with a protective conductor, with a black rubber outer jacket. The approximate outer diameter is 15.2 mm, and the minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 91.2 mm. Thanks to its construction, it is also suitable for energy chains and as a cable for running on rollers – especially in configurations with up to 24 cores. An integrated load-bearing element further increases its strength and stability during operation. The rated voltage U is 500 V, and U0 – 300 V.
