Application and structural features

The ÖLFLEX® WIRE MS 2.1 cable works perfectly in dry and humid rooms, as well as inside switchgear cabinets. The ability to operate at low temperatures (down to -40°C) expands its range of applications, allowing it to be used even in harsh industrial conditions. It will also be useful for wiring circuits inside machines and for fixed and protected installations.

The cable construction is based on tinned copper conductors – this ensures good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The outer diameter of the cable is 2.9 mm. The cable meets CSA UL 758, UL 1015 and UL 1063 VW-1 standards, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. Please note that UL markings are only found on original factory packaging.

This means that it meets the requirements for smoke and corrosive gas emissions during a fire, which increases the safety of the installation and users.
