Single conductor ÖLFLEX® WIRE MS 2.1 is a flexible solution for wiring that works well in both industrial installations and inside switchgear cabinets. This cable, made of high-quality materials, ensures safe and long-lasting connections in various conditions. Its class 5 construction allows for convenient routing of cables even in tight spaces.

Flexibility and range of applications

The ÖLFLEX® WIRE MS 2.1 cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +70°C (fixed installation) and even up to +105°C (UL AWM standards). This makes it suitable for use in both dry and humid environments. It is ideal for wiring circuits inside machines, where resistance to changing environmental conditions is required. The possibility of use inside switchgear cabinets is an additional advantage for installers. The cable is intended for fixed connections and installations protected against mechanical damage.

Construction and parameters

The conductor is made of finely stranded copper wire, which ensures its high flexibility and resistance to bending. PVC insulation guarantees good protection against external factors. The cable has an Eca marking, which demonstrates its compliance with European fire safety standards. Available in gray (GY), which makes it easier to identify individual conductors in the installation. The cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² (AWG 18) has a diameter of approximately 2.5 mm and a copper weight of 9.6 kg/m. The length of the coil is usually 100 meters, and above 35 mm² – 50 meters.
