Construction and properties

The ÖLFLEX® WIRE MS 2.1 cable has PVC insulation, which provides good protection against mechanical damage and chemical influences. The cores are made of copper, which guarantees high electrical conductivity and minimal energy losses. Available in blue (BU), which makes it easier to identify individual conductors in the installation. The cable meets the Eca standard, which means it has been tested for smoke emission and toxic gas release in the event of a fire - an important aspect for installation safety. The use of tinned conductors increases resistance to corrosion and ensures durable connections.
