Universal single core wire for a wide range of applications

The ÖLFLEX® WIRE MS 2.1 single core wire is a reliable solution for wiring in various environments – from dry rooms to installations exposed to moisture. It will work both inside switchboards and for wiring circuits inside machines, as well as for making fixed and secured installations. Its flexibility and resistance to low temperatures (down to -40°C) make it ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Construction and properties

The wire is made of stranded copper conductors, tinned – which ensures good conductivity and corrosion resistance. PVC insulation guarantees mechanical and electrical strength. Available in blue color, it facilitates the identification of cores in the installation. The outer diameter of the wire is 3.4 mm, and its rated voltage is 450/750 V. Supplied in spools of 100 meters in length, which facilitates its storage and use.

This versatile wire is used in industrial automation, process control and in general electrical installations.
