Construction and properties

The X07V-K cable has PVC insulation, which provides good mechanical and electrical protection. Made of oxygen-free copper, it is characterized by high conductivity and low resistance. Available in red-white color (RDWH), which facilitates the identification of individual cores in the installation. The spiral construction (2CHELIX) further increases the flexibility of the cable and also facilitates its identification. It should be remembered that the cable is intended for permanent installations or those protected against mechanical damage.

Safety and compliance with standards

The X07V-K conductor meets the requirements of IEC 60228 standard, which guarantees its high quality and reliability. It has a flammability class of Eca, which means limited emission of smoke and toxic gases in the event of a fire – important for the safety of installations in public and residential buildings. The cable has passed voltage tests at a level of 2.5 kV, confirming its resistance to electrical breakdown. Thanks to this, it can be safely used in various electrical applications.
