UNITRONIC LiYY 4x0.25 cable is a flexible control cable designed for use in dry and humid environments, both indoors and outdoors – provided it is protected from UV radiation. Manufactured by the renowned Lapp Kabel, it ensures reliable connections in control, automation systems and electrical installations.
Construction and application
The cable features a construction with copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.25 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The conductors are twisted together, forming a bundle without shielding. The whole is surrounded by an outer PVC coating, providing mechanical protection and resistance to external factors. This makes the cable perfect for applications requiring flexibility and abrasion resistance. It is ideal for connections in machines and equipment where cables are exposed to movement and bending.

The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -5°C to +70°C during installation and from -40°C to +80°C after installation (without vibration). It is worth noting the lack of shielding – the cable is not intended for applications requiring protection against electromagnetic interference.
