Flush-mounted distribution box – solid protection for electrical installations

This flush-mounted distribution box from Legrand, from the XL3 series, is a reliable solution for installation inside walls. It is designed for building safe and functional electrical distribution boards in residential and commercial buildings. The construction allows for mounting up to 72 modules, providing great flexibility in circuit configuration.

Construction and characteristic features

The housing made of steel ensures high mechanical strength and resistance to damage. The gray color (RAL 7035) and IP43 protection rating guarantee protection against moisture and dust, which is particularly important in rooms with increased humidity. The distribution box has three mounting rows, each accommodating 24 modules. A lock built into the structure increases security and prevents unauthorized access to the interior. Transparent door (not included) allows for easy monitoring of the circuit status without having to open the distribution box.

Installation and application

The distribution box is designed for flush-mounting, which provides an aesthetic appearance of the installation. The DIN rail inside the housing facilitates the mounting of circuit breakers, RCDs and other protective devices. The internal depth of 93 mm provides sufficient space for running cables and connections. It is ideal for new buildings as well as for the modernization of existing electrical installations.
