Flush-mounted distribution board – solid protection for electrical installations

This XL3 160 flush-mounted distribution board is a reliable solution for installation in residential and public buildings. Designed for modular installations, it offers space for as many as 144 modules (6 rows of 24 modules each), allowing for the creation of an extensive and functional energy distribution system. The construction made of high-quality steel ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

Construction and mounting

The distribution board has been designed for easy and quick flush-mounting. Made of steel, it has an opening for convenient cable routing. The set includes TH35 mounting brackets, which facilitate the installation of modular devices. The removable support structure further increases comfort during installation and maintenance. Please note that the door for the distribution board is sold separately, allowing you to tailor it to individual needs and interior aesthetics.

Safety and functionality

The housing made of durable steel provides protection against unauthorized access – the distribution board is equipped with a lock. The IP43 protection rating guarantees protection against access to live parts and the effects of the ingress of solid objects with a diameter of more than 2.5 mm. In addition, the distribution board has a PE connection strip with 36 holes (1.5-10 mm²) and 2 holes for 35 mm² cables, which facilitates grounding connection. The RAL 7035 grey color provides an aesthetic appearance and blends well with most interiors. The distribution board is adapted for mounting DPX 125 circuit breakers.
