The DPX3 switch combines thermal and magnetic protection functions. The magnetic release, on the other hand, reacts immediately to sudden surges in short-circuit current (400…400A), ensuring quick circuit disconnection and minimizing the risk of damage. Additionally, the built-in undervoltage release increases the safety of the installation.
