Professional flush-mounted distribution board for demanding installations

The PRACIBOX3 flush-mounted distribution board is an advanced solution for modern electrical installations in residential and commercial buildings. With a capacity of 36 modules arranged in 2 rows, it provides sufficient space for all necessary installation components.

High-quality construction and materials

The plastic enclosure is characterized by high mechanical and thermal resistance. The material is self-extinguishing with resistance to glow up to 850°C, guaranteeing safety of use even in extreme conditions. The distribution board complies with IEC 60670-24 and IEC 62208 standards, enabling the creation of assemblies compliant with the IEC 61439-3 standard.

The design allows for mounting in both solid walls (concrete, brick) and hollow walls (wood, plasterboard) using a dedicated dry wall kit. The external dimensions are 496 × 493 × 105 mm, while the installation depth is only 85 mm, making it ideal for installation in limited spaces.

Functionality and operational safety

The white door (RAL 9003) is reversible, allowing for both left and right opening, with an opening angle of up to 180°. It is equipped with a lock cylinder to ensure access control to the installation.

The IP40 protection rating protects against solid objects with a diameter greater than 1 mm, while the IK07 impact resistance guarantees protection against mechanical impacts. The distribution board operates in a temperature range from -10°C to +60°C, and the storage temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C.

Equipment and configuration options

As standard, it includes a removable chassis with mounted DIN rails and IP2X class earth and neutral terminal blocks. Detachable front plates for each row allow easy access to internal components.

It is also supplied with blanking plates (5 modules, single or half-module split) and cover plates for each row. The spacing between rails is a standard 150 mm. The distribution board is expandable and can be equipped with an additional lock Cat.No 850.

EMC standard compliance is not required for this model, which simplifies the certification process of the final installation.
