The MPX3 32S starter offers an overload release setting range from 6 to 10 A, allowing for precise adjustment to the characteristics of the protected motor. Additionally, it has a non-delayed short-circuit release with a setting of 130 A. The built-in thermal-magnetic release provides comprehensive protection, reacting to both overloads and short circuits. The integrated auxiliary contact increases the functionality of the device, allowing connection of additional signaling or control circuits. Thanks to this, the starter not only protects the motor, but also facilitates monitoring of the installation status.

Construction and application

The starter is permanently mounted and equipped with frame terminals for connecting the main conductors. It has a degree of protection IP20, which means protection against touching with a finger and solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The rated operating power for AC-3 is 2.2 kW at 230 V and 3.7 kW at 400 V – the device will work in various industrial and commercial applications. Lack of phase failure sensitivity and the presence of an integrated undervoltage release further increase safety and reliability. The device with thermal protection protects against overheating of the motor during prolonged operation under load.
