Modern flush-mounted distribution board for demanding installations

The PRACTIBOX3 distribution board is an advanced solution for residential, commercial, and office buildings. Designed with maximum functionality and aesthetics in mind, it offers 36 modules (3 rows of 12 modules each) in a compact flush-mounted enclosure.

High-quality construction and materials

The enclosure is made of plastic in white (RAL 9003), which features self-extinguishing properties and resistance to heat up to 850°C. The support structure has been ergonomically designed—its installation is intuitive thanks to longitudinal holes that allow for position adjustment in case of incorrect body seating.

The distribution board is equipped with ultra-flat doors that fit perfectly against the wall. Integrated hinges allow for door mounting on the left or right side (Legrand patent), and the opening angle is 180°. The doors are additionally equipped with magnets to ensure easy closing and a discreet handle perfectly integrated into their surface.

Operating parameters and safety

The device provides an IP40 - IK07 protection rating, guaranteeing effective protection against solid objects with a diameter greater than 1mm. Class II protection and a rated current of 63A allow for safe operation even under heavy loads.

External dimensions are 546 × 359 × 105 mm, with an internal depth of 77 mm. The installation width is 355 mm, and the installation height is 542 mm. The support structure has a depth of 85 mm, ensuring optimal installation conditions.

Compliance with standards and functionality

The distribution board meets the requirements of IEC/EN 60670-24 and IEC/EN 62208 standards, allowing for the creation of sets compliant with the IEC/EN 61439-3 standard. It comes standard with N (neutral) and PE (protective earth) terminal blocks with screw connections for conductors with cross-sections of 1,5 - 16 mm².

The design allows easy access to the terminal blocks thanks to removable end covers at the top and bottom of the device. Robust, knocked-out cable entries feature additional embossments that allow wires or conduits to be secured using a cable tie. The possibility of expansion and an optional lock cylinder with a key make this solution universal for diverse installation needs.
