This three-pole DPX3 250 EL+P power switch is an advanced solution for protecting electrical installations. Designed for operation in networks with a voltage of 220-690V, it provides effective protection against overloads and short circuits, with a continuous rated current of 250A. The short-circuit breaking capacity of 36kA at 400V guarantees safety even in the event of serious disturbances.

Equipped with an electronic trip unit, it offers precise and fast response to changes in the circuit. Additionally, it has a built-in undervoltage release, which increases system reliability. The design allows for mounting on a TH rail, which facilitates installation and servicing. The switch is supplied with a complete protection unit, ready to use immediately after installation.

Construction features and application

The DPX3 250 EL+P switch is characterized by a solid construction of a fixed-mounted device. It is designed for a wide range of applications – from protecting circuits in residential and commercial buildings to protecting more demanding industrial installations. Thanks to the ability to adjust the setting range of the overload release (100-250A) and short-circuit release (150-2500A), it can be adapted to the specific needs of a given application. The trip indicator allows for quick identification of the device status and the causes of any failure.

Additionally, the presence of one changeover auxiliary contact and one normally open contact allows the switch to be integrated with control and signaling systems. Screw connection ensures a secure and durable connection of the wires. The degree of protection IP30 protects against contact and the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm. The possibility of mounting a motor drive (optional) increases comfort of use, especially in hard-to-reach places.
