Electrical cabinet door – transparency and access

Profiled door made of steel and coated with paint, designed for XL3 series electrical cabinets. Its transparent design allows for quick identification of the components inside without the need to open it. This solution facilitates diagnostics and maintenance of the installation, saving time for both installers and end users.

Construction and mounting

The door is supplied with closing handles, which simplifies its installation and use. The possibility of reversing the door increases the flexibility of installation, adapting to the specifics of a particular installation. Replaceable lock inserts (available separately) allow for additional security of the cabinet. The distance between the door and the cover is 53 mm, which provides free access to the elements inside the cabinet.

The door is dedicated to switchboards with a height of 600 mm. Made of solid steel and coated with paint, they provide durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The IP40 degree of protection guarantees basic protection against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm. The transparent design facilitates visual control of the installation status without having to open it – this is particularly useful during inspections and failures. The gray color of the door blends well with most electrical switchboards. The width of the door is 600 mm, the height is 575 mm, and the depth is 60 mm. The material is steel with a painted surface finish. The door model is partition, and the IP protection class is IP40.
