Distribution board doors – transparency and access

Profiled doors made of steel and coated with paint, designed for modular distribution boards of the XL3 series. Their transparent construction allows for easy visual inspection of the installation status without the need to open them. This solution is appreciated by both installers during servicing and end-users who can quickly check the system's operation.

The doors are compatible with distribution boards 900 mm high and 575 mm wide, with a depth of 60 mm. Made of durable material, they provide solid protection of the internal components against accidental damage and external factors. The IP40 protection rating guarantees basic protection against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm.

Installation and functionality

The door design allows for easy installation and reversal – they can be mounted to open in the preferred direction. They are supplied with closing handles for easy daily operation. Please note that lock inserts must be purchased separately if additional protection against unauthorized access is required. The profiled design increases the rigidity of the structure and gives it an aesthetic appearance. The transparent panel facilitates the identification of elements inside the distribution board, which reduces the time to diagnose any problems.

Additionally, these doors do not have a disconnecting switch pull version and are not compliant with the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive. The gray color provides a universal look that fits most electrical installations.
