The XBF-AD04C module accepts a wide range of input signals, including DC voltages 1-5V, 0-5V, 0-10V and ±10V, and currents 4-20mA and 0-20mA. Thanks to 14-bit resolution, it provides high measurement accuracy – the measurement error is only ±0.2% at an ambient temperature of 25°C (±0.3% in a wider temperature range). This allows for precise monitoring and control of industrial processes. Configurable inputs allow you to adapt the module to specific application needs – without the need for additional components.
Design and Mounting – Simplicity and Solidity
The XBF-AD04C module is characterized by a compact design and easy mounting on a DIN rail. Screw terminals provide secure and reliable electrical connections. Additionally, the module has built-in digital filters (with adjustment time from 4 to 64,000 ms) and averaging function (from 4 to 16,000 ms), which allows reducing interference and improving the stability of readings. Galvanic isolation between inputs and controller power supply increases safety and interference resistance. It is worth noting the recommended wire cross-section – AWG22 (0.3mm²) or larger – to ensure optimal signal quality.
