The XBF-HD02A module stands out with a high switching frequency, reaching up to 500 kHz (at HTL signal – 250 kHz). It has two independent input channels for differential signals (Line Drive) and two open collector relay outputs. It allows operation in linear or ring counting mode, adapting to the specifics of the application. Additionally, it offers functions such as input frequency measurement, hourly counting, and counting lock. The A-phase and B-phase input signals allow for precise determination of the direction of movement and counting of pulses.

Construction and mounting

The module has a 40-pin connector, requiring the use of a dedicated cable and terminal (XTB-40H – available separately). This ensures a solid connection and reliable signal transmission. Compact dimensions facilitate integration with existing control systems. The module is adapted to operate in a wide range of temperatures (0–55°C) and humidity (5–95% RH without condensation), which guarantees its reliability in various industrial environments. The module is powered by an external 24 VDC voltage.
