The LS Electric XBC-DN32UP controller is a powerful and versatile device designed for demanding industrial automation applications. Functionality and performance

This model stands out with a processing speed of 60 ns/step, guaranteeing precise and fast system operation. Programming is done in languages compliant with the IEC standard and in the standard LD (Ladder Diagram) language, which simplifies the work of programmers. The controller supports up to 352 input/output (I/O) points, offering great flexibility in system configuration. Built-in pulse positioning functions for 4 axes and support for up to 16 servo axes with EtherCAT communication (using optional modules) expand the range of applications for the controller.

Communication and additional features

The XBC-DN32UP has built-in Ethernet communication and two independent RS-232/RS-485 channels, enabling easy integration with other devices and systems. Additionally, the controller offers WebServer, SMTP functions and user data logging, which facilitates remote management and process monitoring. Built-in positioning functions, high-speed counters (HSC) and PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controllers allow for precise control of various industrial processes. AC 100~240V power supply provides a wide input voltage range. The ability to expand with additional modules increases the functionality of the device – up to 10 high-speed modules.
