The XBC-DP32UA/DC controller is an advanced device from the XBC series, designed to control complex industrial processes. Functionality and capabilities
This controller model offers a wide range of functions, including programming in languages compliant with the IEC standard and the popular ladder diagram (LD) language. It supports up to 352 input/output (I/O) points, allowing integration with various sensors and actuators. Built-in pulse positioning for up to 4 axes and the ability to support up to 16 servo axes with EtherCAT communication (using optional modules) expand the range of applications for the controller.
Built-in Ethernet communication and two independent RS-232/RS-485 channels provide flexibility in integrating with other devices and systems. Additional features such as WebServer, SMTP, and user data logging facilitate system monitoring and diagnostics. It is worth mentioning the built-in positioning functions, high-speed counters HSC, and PID controllers, which increase the efficiency and precision of control.

The device offers a large program capacity – as much as 15,000 steps – allowing for the implementation of even the most complex control algorithms. It also has advanced input signal filtering capabilities and support for floating-point operations.
Thanks to the built-in high-speed HSC counters (single-phase and two-phase), precise speed and position measurements are possible. The PID controller with autotuning function allows for optimization of process parameters without manual configuration. Free XP5000 software facilitates controller programming, configuration and diagnostics, and also enables import of programs from MasterK controllers.
