The LS Electric XBM-DN32S controller is an efficient and compact solution for industrial automation systems. Its small dimensions (30x90x60 mm) combined with high performance make it an ideal choice where space is limited and control requirements are advanced. The device offers 16 inputs and 16 NPN transistor outputs, powered by 24V DC.

Versatility and expandability

XBM-DN32S allows you to support up to 256 input/output (I/O) points after expansion with additional modules. It has built-in pulse positioning functions (up to 6 axes) and supports Ethernet and RS-232/RS-485 communication (two independent channels), enabling integration with various systems and devices. In addition, the ability to connect up to 7 expansion modules allows you to adapt the controller to specific application needs.

Performance and reliability

Processing speed of 160 ns/step and program capacity of 10,000 steps guarantee efficient operation even in demanding applications. Built-in functions such as PID controllers with autotuning, high-speed counters (HSC) and input signal filters increase the precision and reliability of control. The use of MRAM memory instead of a battery eliminates the need for its replacement and ensures long-term operation of the device. Programming is done in languages compliant with the IEC standard and standard LD language, and free software makes it easier to create and modify control programs. It is also possible to import programs from Master-K controllers, which facilitates the migration of existing projects.
