This expansion module, designed for LS Electric STANDARD, HIGH and ULTRA series controllers, enables temperature measurement from RTD resistive sensors (PT100 and JPT100). Mounted on the side of the controller, it provides 4 independent measurement channels. It is an ideal solution for applications requiring precise temperature monitoring in industrial processes.

The XBF-RD04A module has been designed for easy integration with automation systems. The ability to connect RTD sensors in 2-, 3- and 4-wire configurations provides flexibility in choosing the measurement method. Adapted to operate in a wide range of ambient temperatures (0-55°C) and humidity (5-95% RH), it guarantees reliable operation even in harsh industrial conditions. The use of high-quality components ensures measurement accuracy at the level of ±0.3% (at ambient temperature 25°C).

The XBF-RD04A module has been designed to operate in industrial conditions characterized by variable mechanical and climatic loads. It exhibits resistance to vibrations at a frequency of 5-8.4 Hz with an amplitude of 3.5 mm and continuous vibrations at a frequency of 8.4-150 Hz with an acceleration of 9.8 m/s². The operating temperature is in the range of 0 to 55°C, and the relative humidity should be maintained between 5 and 95% without condensation. The product warranty is 18 months from the date of manufacture, subject to the terms and conditions described by the manufacturer (LS Electric).
