The LSIS S100 series inverter with a power of 75kW is an advanced device for controlling electric motor operation in industrial applications. Model LSLV0750S100-4CONDS, powered by 3x400V AC voltage, provides full control over drive operating parameters while maintaining high energy efficiency.
Advanced control and performance
The device offers sensorless vector control for both constant torque and variable torque loads, allowing for precise speed and torque control. Dual CPU technology with a DSP signal processor ensures fast information processing and significantly better motor control.
The inverter achieves 200% starting torque at a frequency of just 0.5Hz, making it an ideal solution for applications requiring high starting torque. Overload capacity is 150% for one minute and 120% for one minute, providing operational flexibility under various loads.
Design and installation compatibility
An IP20 rated enclosure and compact dimensions (325 x 550 x 309 mm) allow for side-by-side mounting of inverters, enabling significant space savings in control cabinets. The built-in DC choke improves the power factor and reduces THDI harmonic distortion.
The device is equipped with a category C3 EMC filter and a braking module (for power up to 22kW inclusive) to ensure effective protection against electromagnetic interference. The Safety Stop safety relay enables a safe stop of the device in accordance with EN-60204-1 category 0 and EN-954-1 safety category SIL2 and EN61508 standards.
Communication and programming functionality
Standard communication via the RS485 interface supports Modbus RTU and LS-Bus protocols, featuring higher transmission speeds than previous inverter series. Peer-to-peer (P2P) communication between devices and I/O sharing is particularly useful in multi-drive systems.
Built-in simple PLC functions allow for the implementation of logic sequences, the use of a PID controller for pressure or temperature control, and the execution of arithmetic and bit operations. Up to 18 program steps can be programmed using 29 function blocks.
Operating and environmental parameters
The inverter operates in ambient temperatures from -10°C to +50°C (heavy duty mode) or up to +40°C (normal mode), with a relative humidity of up to 95% RH. Vibration resistance is up to 9.8m/sec², and the device can operate at altitudes up to 4000m above sea level. A short-circuit protection level of 100kA guarantees safe operation even in difficult network conditions.
The output frequency is adjustable in the range of 0~400Hz, and the supply voltage is within the range of 380~480VAC. The device meets the requirements of KC, CE, UL, and cUL certifications, confirming its high quality and operational safety.
