Thanks to the brushless BLDC motor, the tool offers significantly longer service life and higher energy efficiency compared to traditional brushed solutions. This means that using a 6.0 Ah battery (e.g., BL1860B), you can drive up to 3000 rivets on a single charge. For installers working on construction sites or in production halls, this is a key feature that minimizes downtime related to battery replacement or charging.

The device handles steel and aluminum rivets with diameters ranging from 4.8 mm to 6.4 mm, covering most standard applications in sheet metal work, structural engineering, and the installation of finishing elements. A pulling force of up to 20,000 N (20 kN) ensures secure and durable connections even in difficult materials. It is important to note that the tool is not compatible with the lightest batteries from the G series (BL1811G, BL1813G, BL1815G), which lack electronics – models with the full LXT energy management system must be used.
