Power and Precision in a Compact Housing
The brushless impact screwdriver from the XGT 40Vmax series is a tool designed for applications where not only power but also control matters. With a maximum torque of up to 220 Nm, it handles the assembly of structural components, driving screws up to M16 (standard) or M14 (high-strength steel). Crucially for anyone working at heights or in tight spaces, the entire unit weighs only 1 kg (net weight), significantly reducing hand fatigue during long shifts.
Intelligent Control and 6 Operating Modes
A key advantage of this model is the ability to precisely adjust parameters to the specific task. The user has access to 6 operating modes, which can be changed with a single touch of a button on the body, even with one hand. This system enables smooth adjustment of rotational speed (from 1100 to 4400 impacts per minute) and rotational speed (up to 3700 rpm).
Thanks to this:
- In Soft mode, we achieve low speed and impact rate, ideal for delicate furniture assembly or thin sheet metal.
- Hard mode delivers full power for the heaviest tasks, such as assembling beams or steel structures.
- Increased spindle stability minimizes bit wobble, resulting in better joint quality and reduced wear on screwdriver bits.
Complete XGT Starter Kit
The box contains a ready-to-use solution for immediate work. The kit includes two batteries with a capacity of 4.0 Ah (model BL4040), ensuring long runtime without the need for frequent power switching. Additionally, it comes with the fast charger DC40RA, allowing efficient energy recovery in a short time. The entire set is packed in the durable MakPac Type 2 system, which not only protects the tool during transport but also facilitates organization in the workshop or on-site.
Applications and Ergonomics
This tool is suitable for both kitchen cabinet assembly and installation work requiring high tightening torque. Compact dimensions (120 x 86 x 250 mm) allow free operation even in hard-to-reach areas, while the ergonomic design ensures a secure grip throughout operation. Thanks to the wide range of available modes, the operator can easily adapt the working characteristics—from precise tightening of delicate components to aggressive loosening of heavily rusted joints—without the need to change accessories or mechanical settings.
