The new design featuring dual-spring technology significantly reduces vibration and play in the chuck, ensuring head stability even under high loads.

Control flexibility and operating modes

A key advantage of this model is the ability to quickly switch operating modes with a single button press, without requiring both hands. The user has access to 4 rotational speeds and 6 assist modes, which automatically adjust parameters to the specific task:

• T (Tightening) modes: Two dedicated settings for screw tightening with torque control.
• Wood mode: Optimized for drilling and screwing into wood.
• 3 Bolt modes: Designed for assembling screws of varying diameters and strength grades.

Thanks to this, the tool responds rapidly to short current spikes, which is crucial when starting motor-driven devices or driving screws into hard materials where traditional screwdrivers might stall or damage the material.

Ergonomics, visibility, and application range

Despite its high power, the device maintains compact dimensions – the length is only 119 mm, and the weight (body only) is just 1.0 kg. This power-to-weight ratio facilitates work overhead or in hard-to-reach areas. The front of the housing features up to 4 LED lights, providing excellent illumination of the work area and eliminating shadows cast by the operator's hand. The tool is compatible with 40Vmax XGT series batteries with capacities ranging from 2 Ah to 8 Ah, allowing users to select a power source suited to the scale of the task – from light finishing work to heavy structural assembly.

In practice, this tool handles a wide range of fasteners: from M4 machine screws up to standard M16 screws or high-strength threads up to M14, with the length of the fastened element reaching up to 125 mm. It is worth noting that despite its compact design, the tool generates a noise level of approximately 94 dB(A) and vibrations up to 12.9 m/s² when tightening maximum-sized screws; therefore, appropriate personal protective equipment is recommended during prolonged continuous operation.
