Power and precision in a compact housing
This tool is dedicated to tasks requiring high torque, offering up to 220 Nm of tightening force in a very compact design. Thanks to the use of the XGT 40Vmax platform and a BLDC brushless motor, the screwdriver ensures long service life and high efficiency even during continuous operation in demanding industrial conditions. The compact overall length of just 120 mm allows for free operation in tight spaces where larger devices cannot reach, which is crucial when assembling steel structures or during installation work.
Intelligent control of the fastening process
A key advantage of this model is the advanced control electronics, which adapt the tool's operation to the specific task. The user has at their disposal a 4-stage speed switch, allowing for precise selection of speed and impact frequency according to the material type and screw diameter. The first gear offers a range of 0–1100 rpm, ideal for delicate work, while the second and third gears extend to 2100 and 3200 rpm, respectively. The final, fourth gear reaches a maximum of 3700 rpm, providing the full power necessary when tightening heavy bolts.
6 assistant modes are also available, including the "A" function, which automatically starts fastening at low speed to avoid thread damage, and then smoothly increases power and adds impact. This mechanism eliminates the risk of "camming out" the screw at the start and facilitates working with long fasteners (up to 125 mm). Additionally, the battery protection system automatically cuts off power at low charge levels, preventing sudden machine stoppage at a critical moment of work.
Ergonomics and readiness for assembly
The tool has been designed with operator comfort in mind during multi-hour work sessions. The ergonomic elastomer-covered grip ensures a secure hold even at high torque, and the lightweight design (approx. 1.7–2.0 kg with battery) reduces hand fatigue. Two LED diodes located on both sides of the housing effectively illuminate the work zone, and their delayed shut-off function allows the operation to be completed after releasing the trigger. The set includes a durable MAKPAC system case and a belt clip, facilitating transport and quick access to the tool on a construction site or in a production hall.
XPT (XPT Protection) technology increases the device's resistance to dust and moisture, making it a reliable partner not only in the workshop but also in open areas or production halls with varied environmental conditions. The absence of carbon brushes eliminates the need for replacement and reduces the risk of mechanical failure during intensive use. The tool supports XGT series Li-ion batteries with capacities of 2.5 Ah or 4.0 Ah and features a 1/4" hexagonal tool holder. The range of applications includes standard bolts from M5 to M16 and machine screws from M4 to M8.
