Cordless Cooling Without Cables or Limitations

The XGT series fan is a solution that eliminates the need to search for power outlets on construction sites or in large production halls. The device operates on 40Vmax Li-ion batteries, but thanks to compatibility with the 18V LXT® system and mains power supply, it becomes a versatile tool in any work environment. For installers, this means complete freedom of movement – the fan can be placed exactly where needed, regardless of the available electrical infrastructure. End users, on the other hand, gain the ability to cool rooms during renovation breaks or during outdoor work, where traditional devices would be impractical.

Performance and Adjustable Settings

The power of this fan lies in its airflow parameters, which directly impact thermal comfort. The maximum airflow reaches 120 m³/min, enabling rapid air circulation even in large spaces. The discharge speed can be precisely adjusted to meet specific needs, with a range from 1.6 to 5.0 m/s. Importantly, for construction work planning, using an XGT® 40Vmax battery with a capacity of 4.0 Ah allows continuous operation for approximately 115 minutes (or 110 minutes under slightly different load conditions), which is sufficient for most standard work shifts.

The air direction can be freely adapted to spatial requirements thanks to wide adjustability: the fan rotates horizontally by 180°, allowing the airflow to be directed to any point in a hall or room. Vertically, the movement range is 135°, enabling cooling of both floor-level areas and higher sections of walls or ceilings. Additionally, the device offers three automatic oscillation modes (left and right) with angles of 60°, 90°, or 120°, ensuring even distribution of cool air without the need for manual position adjustments throughout operation.

Practical Design and Ergonomics

Despite its impressive dimensions (impeller diameter of 450 mm) and power, the fan has been designed for easy transport and storage. The weight of the unit itself is approximately 7.8 kg, and with the battery (EPTA weight), it falls within the range of 8.49 – 9.7 kg. This weight allows one person to carry it without excessive physical effort.

With external dimensions of 343 x 633 x 770 mm (Length x Width x Height), the device occupies relatively little space during transport while offering a large air outlet surface. On the front of the housing, there is a dedicated compartment for safely storing accessories such as the mains power adapter or additional batteries – eliminating the need to carry them separately or worry about losing them on the construction site. The ability to operate on three types of power supply ensures the fan is ready for action in any situation: from work without electricity to long-term operation connected to the mains.

The device requires no complex configuration before startup – simply install the appropriate battery or connect the power cable and select the desired operating mode. This makes it ready for immediate use right out of the box, which is crucial in the dynamic construction environment or during sudden ventilation needs in a workshop.
