This tool revolutionizes the process of joining reinforcement bars, eliminating the need for manual wire tying. Thanks to the brushless motor (BLDC) and the XPT system, the device offers high resistance to dust and moisture, which is crucial when working in difficult construction conditions, such as foundations or reinforced concrete slabs. The compact design with a width of only 93 mm allows free access to tight spaces where traditional methods would be impossible or very time-consuming.

Work Flexibility and Precise Control

The user gains full control over the tying process thanks to 6-level torque adjustment. This allows for perfect adaptation of wire tension to the specifics of the structure – from delicate meshes to massive bars with a diameter of up to 25 mm. The tool offers two operating modes:

• Single mode – ideal for precise fastening in hard-to-reach places.
• Continuous mode – speeds up work on large surfaces, allowing for quick execution of multiple ties without the need to repeatedly press the trigger.

One-handed operation is invaluable for installers – the other hand remains free to adjust the position of the reinforcement or stabilize elements. The main switch features an automatic shut-off function, increasing safety and saving battery energy during work breaks.

Complete Kit and Energy Efficiency

The kit is ready for immediate use "straight out of the box". It includes two Li-Ion batteries with a capacity of 5.0 Ah (LXT series), ensuring long operation without downtime for charging, and an efficient DC18RC charger. The estimated number of ties per wire spool is approximately 65-75 pieces (depending on the wire type), which significantly reduces time spent on replacing consumables. Spool replacement is quick and intuitive, and the tool body includes a dedicated space for storing the hex key, always within reach when service is needed.

The tool handles tying wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm and plastic-coated wire with a thickness of 0.9 mm, making it a universal solution for various types of concrete structures. The maximum tying capacity includes joining two bars with a diameter of up to 25 mm or more complex configurations, e.g., one Ø25 mm bar with two smaller Ø16 mm bars. The XPT system not only protects the mechanism from moisture and concrete dust during intensive use but also ensures stable operation even in the most demanding atmospheric conditions on the construction site.

Ergonomics and Work Organization

The tool weighs approximately 2.7 kg with the battery, which, while maintaining compact dimensions (317 x 93 x 318 mm), does not excessively burden the operator during multi-hour work overhead or in a bent position. The ergonomic handle covered with elastomer ensures a secure grip even with work gloves. The included mounting bracket allows for comfortable carrying of the tool on a hip belt, further increasing the mobility of the construction crew. The entire set is packed in a durable MAKPAC system case type 4, which protects the equipment during transport and facilitates storage in a workshop or delivery van.
