XGT 40Vmax 2-SPEED BLDC Drill Driver, Makpac, 140Nm DF001GZ01
Power and Precision for Professional Use
This tool is heavy-duty equipment from the XGT series, designed for the most demanding tasks in workshops and on construction sites. With a 40V max voltage and a brushless (BLDC) motor, the drill/driver delivers torque up to 140 Nm in hard mode and 68 Nm in soft mode. This power enables effortless drilling into hard materials and tightening large screws without risking motor overload or loss of tool control. For installers, this means fewer gear shifts and faster task completion; for end users, it ensures the tool will not fail even under intensive use.
Safety and Resistance to External Conditions
Work safety is a priority, ensured by the AFT (Active Feedback Sensing) system. In the event of sudden bit jamming or tool stoppage (so-called kick-back), the system automatically shuts off the motor, protecting the operator's wrist from injury. The device construction is additionally protected by XPT technology, which enhances resistance to dust and moisture—crucial for work in difficult construction conditions or outdoors. Additionally, two LED lights illuminate the working area with a delayed shut-off function, eliminating the need for manual light control when working in poorly lit areas.
XGT System Compatibility and Practical Applications
The tool is compatible with XGT Li-ion batteries with capacities ranging from 2 Ah to 8 Ah, providing flexibility in selecting the energy source for specific tasks. It is available in a durable MAKPAC system case, facilitating transport and storage. Please note that the offer covers only the tool body—batteries and charger are not included in the set.
The two-speed gearbox allows adaptation of the working characteristics to the specific material:
- First gear, with a speed range of 0 to 650 rpm, is used where high torque is required, e.g., for drilling holes exceeding 13 mm or tightening large structural elements.
- Second gear, reaching speeds up to 2600 rpm, is ideal for fast precision work, drilling smaller holes in wood or metal, and rapid assembly screw processing.
Thanks to this configuration, the user has full control over the process, selecting the optimal rotational speed for each task and minimizing physical fatigue during work.
