The universal OTL150-3 connector in yellow-green allows for the safe connection of aluminum and copper conductors with cross-sections from 25 to 150 mm² without the need for additional adapters or bimetallic ferrules.
High operating parameters and safety
The connector operates at a rated voltage of 1000V AC / 1500V DC and a current of 640A, making it an ideal choice for both low-voltage and medium-voltage installations. The operating temperature range from -25°C to +80°C allows for operation in various environmental conditions.
The housing made of thermoplastic material with flammability class V0 (UL94) ensures resistance to high temperatures during operation. The connector has passed rigorous mechanical, load, and short-circuit tests, achieving short-circuit class A, which allows it to be used as main power terminals in installations exposed to current overloads.
Construction and mounting mechanism
The device features 1 section with 6 terminals per section, enabling efficient connection density in switchboards. Dimensions of 71×54×84 mm allow for compact mounting in standard switchboards.
The ClickSet™ mechanism enables rapid mounting on a TH-35 mm DIN rail, significantly accelerating the installation process. Alternatively, screw mounting is also possible, increasing application flexibility.
Versatility of connections and readiness for use
The connector supports various conductor types: stranded without ferrules (25-120 mm²), stranded with ferrules (25-120 mm²), and stranded (25-150 mm²). Thanks to special tin plating technology, it is possible to achieve a direct Cu/Al connection without adapters.
Each device comes with factory-applied anti-oxidant compound, eliminating the need for additional contact surface preparation before assembly.
Normative compliance and certification
The product meets the requirements of EN 60947 and EN 61238 standards, holding UL 1059 and SGS FI certificates. The IP20 protection rating provides basic protection against contact with live parts.
Internal sections are factory-bridged, eliminating the need for additional connections between phases and simplifying installation. The tightening torque is visible on the connector cover, facilitating the control of correct assembly.
The universal design is suitable for industrial, energy, residential, and photovoltaic applications as a solution for power distribution and main power terminals.
