The OTL300 connector in yellow-green is a professional solution designed for demanding industrial and power applications. It enables safe connection of aluminum and copper conductors with cross-sections from 95 to 300 mm², eliminating the need for additional adapters or special bimetallic terminals.

Advanced Electrical Connection Technology

Thanks to a special galvanization technology, the connector ensures direct Cu/Al conductor connection without the risk of galvanic corrosion. Each terminal is factory-equipped with contact paste, making it ready for immediate use upon removal from packaging. This solution significantly accelerates the installation process and minimizes the risk of assembly errors.

The screw connection mechanism guarantees secure fastening of solid, stranded, and flexible conductors, both with and without crimped ferrules. Internal levels are factory-jumpered, simplifying installation in multi-level applications.

Operating Parameters and Safety

The device operates at voltages up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC, achieving a rated current of 490A. The operating temperature range from -25°C to +80°C ensures suitability for both outdoor conditions and harsh industrial environments.

The housing is made of thermoplastic material with a flammability class of V0 according to UL94, ensuring maximum operational safety. The connector has passed rigorous mechanical, load, and short-circuit tests, achieving short-circuit class A. This confirms its suitability as main power terminals in installations exposed to current overloads and short circuits.

Construction and Mounting Compatibility

The compact design with dimensions 44×71×122 mm allows mounting on a standard DIN rail TH-35 mm. A single level contains two terminals, providing flexibility in installation configuration. The ClickSet™ mechanism enables quick mounting on the DIN rail; screw mounting is also alternatively possible.

Material versatility covers all conductor types: solid wires, stranded cables, and rigid or multi-strand sector conductors. The yellow-green color facilitates identification in installations requiring grounding marking or special function designation.

Regulatory Compliance and Certifications

The product meets the requirements of standards EN 60947 and EN 61238, holding certifications UL 1059 and SGS FI. This confirms high manufacturing quality and full compatibility with international standards for industrial and power applications.

Protection class IP20 safeguards against contact with live parts and prevents access to solid objects larger than 12.5mm.
