COB technology LED strip, designed for outdoor and wet applications

The NEXTEC LED strip is built using COB (Chip-on-Board) technology, which provides a uniform, seamless light surface without visible individual diodes. This solution not only looks better when installed in locations requiring aesthetics but also integrates more easily with floodlights and protective profiles. The IP67 version allows it to be mounted directly outdoors – on terraces, in gardens, by pools, in garages, or on facades – without fear of damage from water, dust, or temperature changes.

A power of 10W per 5 meters means an even light distribution without "skipping" bright spots. 480 diodes per meter (which means 2400 diodes for the entire strip) allows for achieving a light density typical of professional installations, not just decorative ones. The luminous efficacy of 90 lm/W is a value higher than the average for LED strips in this class – this means more light at the same power, which reduces the load on the power supply and lowers operating costs.

The 4000K ±250K color temperature is a neutral white, close to natural daylight – ideal for both commercial spaces and residential outdoor areas. The high color rendering index RA>90 ensures natural color reproduction: grass looks like grass, wood looks like wood, rather than grayish spots. This is important where distinguishing details is crucial – e.g., when lighting walkways, furnished terraces, or building facades.

Installation is simple: the strip has a width of 10 mm and a standard length of 5 m – just cut at the cutting point (usually every 5 cm) and connect to a 24V DC power supply. It does not require additional cooling elements or special mounting – an adhesive base and an appropriate aluminum profile for heat dissipation are sufficient.

Please note: although the strip is waterproof (IP67), this does not mean it can be submerged in water for longer than a few minutes. It is a solution for outdoor use under the protection of corners or along edges – not for submersion in a pool or stream.
