Dual-function ground source heat pump NIBE F1226, 8 kW, DHW tank 180 l 065584
Efficient heating solution for single-family houses
NIBE F1226 is a modern dual-function ground source heat pump with a capacity of 8 kW, designed for simultaneous building heating and domestic hot water preparation. The device is equipped with a built-in stainless steel DHW tank with a capacity of 180 liters, which eliminates the need for an additional tank and simplifies installation.
System construction and components
The NIBE F1226 heat pump features a robust design with a slide-out refrigeration module, which significantly facilitates the transport and servicing of the device. The refrigeration module is enclosed in a separate housing covered with soundproof insulation, resulting in very quiet operation - the sound pressure level is only 24 dB(A) at a distance of 1 meter (according to EN 11203).
The system utilizes electronic circulation pumps with continuous speed regulation and an on-off type compressor. Three-phase power supply 3×400 V ensures stable operation, and the built-in electrical module with a power of 1-9 kW serves as an additional heat source during peak demand periods.
Operating parameters and energy efficiency
The device achieves high energy efficiency confirmed by class A+++ (at a flow temperature of 35°C) and class A++ (at a flow temperature of 55°C). The COP coefficient is 4.48 (at B0/W35 according to EN14511), and the seasonal SCOP reaches a value of 4.8 for cold climates at a flow temperature of 35°C.
The maximum flow temperature for the heating installation is 63°C, which enables compatibility with traditional panel radiators. The system operates stably in outdoor temperature ranges from -25°C to +30°C, and the operating temperature of the ground source is within the range of -10°C to +30°C.
Application and system compatibility
NIBE F1226 is primarily intended for installation in single-family houses with an area of up to approximately 150 m². The device can operate with both an open circuit (using groundwater) and a closed circuit (ground collector). The nominal flow for the primary source is 0.42 l/s, and for the secondary source 0.16 l/s.
The system uses the eco-friendly refrigerant R407C in an amount of approximately 1.1 kg. The maximum working pressure for both circuits is 4.5 bar, and for the DHW tank, a pressure of up to 10 bar is permitted. The integrated stainless steel tank ensures hygienic use and durability for years of operation.
Thanks to the intuitive control panel with a menu in Polish and the possibility of software updates via a USB port, the user has full control over the operating parameters of the heating system and domestic hot water production.
