Ground-source heat pump dual-compressor NIBE F1355, modulated heating capacity 065496
Advanced ground source heat pump for demanding installations
NIBE F1355 is an intelligent dual-compressor brine-to-water heat pump with modulated heating capacity in the range of 6-43 kW. By combining inverter and ON/OFF compressors, the device automatically adjusts its performance to the current heat demand, ensuring optimal efficiency throughout the year.
Control system and functionality
The central elements are a modern color display and a USB port for software updates. Advanced inverter control enables smooth regulation of heating power, which translates into minimal operating costs and a high seasonal coefficient of performance.
The device offers full remote internet control via the NIBE Uplink platform or the nibeuplink.com website. The user can monitor system operation and analyze energy consumption.
Functionality is extended by the ability to work with pool systems, heating pool water, and integration with cooling installations. Dedicated modules allow for the control of additional heat sources and multiple heating circuits.
Technical parameters and performance
At a heat source temperature of 0°C and a heating installation supply temperature of 35°C, the device achieves a heating capacity of 31.1 kW with a COP of 4.38. The maximum heating installation supply temperature reaches 65°C, enabling compatibility with traditional radiators.
The system uses the eco-friendly refrigerant R407C in an amount of 2×2.1 kg, and its environmental impact is defined by a CO₂ equivalent of 3.90 + 3.55 t. The noise level during operation does not exceed 47 dB(A), ensuring acoustic comfort.
The installation requires a three-phase power supply of 400V and the provision of appropriate medium flows: heat source (1.84 l/s) and secondary side (0.72 l/s) at a maximum working pressure of 6 bar.
Construction and system compatibility
The dual-compressor architecture consists of hermetically sealed refrigeration modules that allow for the independent operation of individual compressors. The main unit has dimensions of 600×1800×620 mm with a total mass of 351 kg.
The device supports various heat source configurations – both open loop (groundwater) and closed loop (ground collector). It is possible to connect up to 8 F1355 units in a cascade configuration.
The system communicates via USB interfaces and dedicated communication connectors, and internet data transmission enables integration with modern Building Management Systems (BMS).
With a refrigerant volume of less than 5 tons of CO₂ equivalent per refrigeration module, the device does not require annual technical inspection according to current F-gas regulations.
