Motion sensor for applications requiring a large range

This surface-mounted motion sensor is an ideal solution where a wide detection range is needed – up to 53 meters. This is particularly useful in high rooms, warehouses, production halls or corridors. The device acts as a subordinate element, expanding the capabilities of motion detection systems based on master 230V sensors.

Functionality and installation flexibility

The sensor offers wide possibilities of configuration and adaptation to specific conditions. Adjustable PIR sensitivity (has 4 levels) allows precise setting of the detection area, minimizing the risk of false alarms. Remote control and two-way Bluetooth communication with the dedicated Niko Detector Tool application (available on iOS and Android) facilitate configuration and monitoring of the device's operation. Thanks to the event log function, you can track changes in settings and analyze the detection history.

Construction and technical parameters

The housing made of durable thermoplastic provides resistance to mechanical damage (IK04) and moisture (IP54), allowing the sensor to be used in harsh environmental conditions. Protection against tampering further increases the security of the installation. Installation is quick and easy thanks to the use of self-clamping plug-in connectors. The detection range is a maximum of 23 meters directly and 26.5 meters laterally, and the scanning angle covers a full 360 degrees. The maximum switching power is 2300 W. The device is halogen-free and has protection class II.
