In addition, screwless plug-in terminals facilitate cable connection, and strain relief and cable cover mounting are also done without screws. Sensor configuration is extremely simple thanks to the Niko Detector Tool application (available on iOS and Android) and two-way Bluetooth communication. This allows for quick modification of settings and live preview directly from a smartphone.

The M42MR sensor offers a wide range of possibilities to adapt to individual needs. Adjustable PIR sensitivity (4 levels) allows precise determination of the detection area, and the event log function allows tracking and recording of changes made. A robust 2300W N.O. potential-free relay ensures reliable operation, and manual control via 230V buttons provides additional control over the lighting. To ensure safety, settings can be locked using a PIN code. Additionally, access to the Niko Detector Portal allows creating backup configurations, archiving projects, and exchanging configuration files in the cloud.
