Time relay REV-120.24 NTREV120D
Universal time relay for a wide range of applications
The REV-120.24 time relay is a microprocessor-controlled device that allows for precise control of switching on and off a load at a set time. Its versatility makes it suitable for both home installations and more demanding industrial applications. Mounting on a standard DIN rail and compact dimensions (occupying only one module) facilitate integration with an existing distribution board.
Functionality and flexibility
The device offers as many as ten different operating modes, allowing it to be adapted to specific application needs. The ability to choose from delay-on, time-lapse after power-on, cyclic operation, or pulse generation provides a wide scope for experimentation and process optimization. Two output channels with normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) contacts increase configuration flexibility.
- Delay-on: ideal for starting devices that require voltage stabilization after power-on.
- Time-lapse after power-on: useful in applications where the load is to be switched on for a specified time after the system starts up.
- Cyclic modes: allow automatic switching on and off of the load at regular intervals – e.g. controlling lighting or ventilation.
- Pulses: generating short pulses is ideal for controlling solenoid valves or other devices requiring a short control signal.
- 0.5 s pulse generator: useful in applications requiring precise generation of short time signals.
Technical specifications and mounting
The REV-120.24 relay has been designed for easy mounting and intuitive operation. Parameter adjustment is done using knobs, allowing for quick and precise setting of the desired values. The supply voltage of 24V DC and the maximum current load of 3A make it a reliable and safe solution to use. The device meets all necessary safety standards and is made of high-quality materials, which guarantees long life and trouble-free operation.
The supply voltage is 24 DC, the maximum load current is 3 A, and the maximum load power is 0.072 kW. The device offers 10 operating modes and is mounted on a 35 mm DIN rail, occupying a width of 18 mm (1 module).
Device configuration is simple: just set the operating mode using the “W” knob, and then appropriately select the time interval using the “ΔT” and “T” knobs. Remember to disconnect the power for at least one second after changing the settings to save the changes.
