Universal phase switch – reliable power supply and protection

The universal automatic electronic phase switch PEF-320 is a device designed to power single-phase receivers (230 V, 50 Hz) from a three-phase network (3x400 V + N). It provides a stable power supply, especially for critical devices, protecting them against voltage fluctuations. Thanks to the possibility of connecting to a generator or inverter, it expands the range of applications.

Functionality and flexibility

PEF-320 automatically selects the phase with the best parameters, according to user settings. This means that in case of problems with one phase, the device will switch to another, ensuring continuity of power supply. The ability to define minimum and maximum voltage thresholds allows for precise adjustment of the switch's operation to specific installation needs. This is an ideal solution for both industrial and home installations where stable power supply is crucial.

Installation and parameters

The switch is mounted on a DIN rail and is characterized by an IP20 degree of protection. Its construction ensures easy mounting in a distribution box. It is designed to work with a load of up to 16 A (3.6 kW). It has three terminals: L1 (priority phase), L2 and L3 (backup phases), which facilitates connection to an existing installation. LED indicators inform about the currently used phase, which facilitates diagnostics and control of the device's operation.

Additionally, PEF-320 offers protection against phase failure and voltage drop – this increases the safety of connected devices and the entire electrical installation. The device is controlled using knobs (regulators), which allows for intuitive configuration of operating parameters.
