Voltage relay RN-118 NTRN11800
Voltage relay – protect your installation and devices
The RN-118 voltage relay is a reliable device designed to protect single-phase domestic and industrial installations against dangerous voltage fluctuations in the network. Its task is to automatically disconnect the load in the event of exceeding or falling below the permissible voltage values, and then reconnect it after the network parameters stabilize. This is an ideal solution for protecting sensitive electronic equipment, heating systems or lighting from damage caused by unstable power supply.
Functionality and application
The RN-118 device allows for effective protection of loads with a power of up to 2.3 kW (current up to 10A). In this case, disconnection occurs directly through the relay contacts, which simplifies installation and reduces installation costs. For higher powers, a magnetic contactor (not included) must be used, which is switched on by the RN-118 relay. This relay not only protects against overvoltage and undervoltage, but also records the minimum and maximum voltage values from the moment of power supply or the last reset. It also displays the current input voltage and the status of the output contacts, which facilitates diagnostics and monitoring of the installation operation.
Flexibility of settings and operating modes
RN-118 offers a wide range of configuration options, allowing you to adapt the operating parameters to individual needs. It is possible to adjust:
maximum voltage
minimum voltage
re-connection time
device operating mode
Available operating modes include maximum and minimum voltage control, control of only minimum or maximum voltage, and a time relay mode with delayed switching. This flexibility makes the RN-118 usable in a variety of applications – from protecting household RTV and household appliances to protecting more demanding industrial systems. Mounting is done on a standard DIN rail, which ensures easy integration with the existing electrical infrastructure. The device operates at temperatures from -35°C to +55°C, which guarantees reliability in difficult environmental conditions.
