Robust cable tray for demanding installations

The SKS 110/200/1.5 cable tray, 3 meters long, is an element of a heavy-duty cable tray system designed for the safe routing of electrical and telecommunication installations. Made of 1.5 mm thick steel, it provides strength and reliability even in harsh conditions. The galvanized finish guarantees corrosion resistance, making it an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Construction and mounting

The tray has mounting perforation on the bottom and side, making it easy to attach accessories and adapt to individual installation needs. The ability to space supports from 1.5 to 4 meters provides flexibility in design and installation. The model is equipped with connectors, simplifying the process of joining successive sections of the tray. The height of 110 mm and width of 200 mm provide space for a large number of cables of various diameters - the useful cross-section is as much as 21800 mm².

Strength and safety

The SKS tray is characterized by a high load capacity, confirmed by tests in accordance with IEC 61537 standard (Type II). The safe working load depends on the support spacing:

• at a spacing of 1.5 m – 3000 N/m,
• at a spacing of 2.0 m – 2400 N/m,
• at a spacing of 2.5 m – 1760 N/m,
• at a spacing of 3.0 m – 1200 N/m,
• at a spacing of 4.0 m – 800 N/m.

The weight of the tray is approximately 4.86 kg/m. The use of steel ensures the durability of the structure and resistance to mechanical damage. The lack of a cover allows easy access to cables during maintenance or modification of the installation.
